We are now offering a second location for our guests to explore! We are the only company on the island offering regular daily 2 hour tours which normally depart 4 times a day along the pristine shoreline of Pinckney Island Wildlife Refuge. We depart from The Outdoor RV Resort at the end of Jenkins Road to the left of the public pier. Jenkins Road is at the north end of Hilton Head just past mile marker number 1. Only a 10 minute paddle from here takes to the beautiful and untouched shoreline of Pinckney Island Wildlife Refuge where we see all kinds of interesting wildlife.

Unlike most of the other kayaking tours offered around Pinckney Island by different companies, our tour leads us along the shoreline of Pinckney Island that faces Hilton Head, so we experience calmer waters because this side of Pinckney Island is more sheltered. Most summer mornings the water is very calm and flat and often looks like a sheet of glass! This makes it easy to spot DOLPHINS which regularly feed and play in the area. We also very occassionally encounter playful and curious OTTER that like to catch fish by the pier. MANATEE are a treat that at times are seen munching sea lettuce off the edges of the pier, and   we've spotted LOGGERHEAD SEA TURTLES quite a few times as we paddle along this pristine area. Of course there's always many beautiful EGRETS, HERONS, and lots of other shorebirds which come to feed. This really is an experience you'll enjoy!!!

Rates for our 2 hour tours at this location are $30 per adult and $15 for kids 12 and under if you mention this website. (Our regular adult rate is $40 and $25 for kids 12 and under at this location.)
